Be creative and has business sense with executive ability.Responsibility- According to the Group’s strategy, to make the long term plan for the Division and the yearly working plan.- To set up the management and operation system for the Division, and improve the institution and process.- According to the health care marketing, to choose the suitable product and make the strategy of the products accessing to market. Building up the team, making the product planning and market expansion, setting sales channels and so on.- To make the yearly and quarterly planning, organizing the business activities, which make sure to achieve the sales goal.- To lead the marketing activities and create the brand and the products’ market power.- To lead the sales channels and build up the good relation with government.- To be responsible for the decomposition of the target, performance and professional training for subordinate staff.- To create a good office atmosphere and motivate the team.
